How does the Chartering Success tool affect the mind and allow the affirmations to work?

How does the email system work?
To ensure you complete the lessons at least three times per day, there are automatic emails sent to your inbox. All you need to do is click on the link to set up the number and times of the messages. You can setup deliveries for up to six times per day. The default option is email delivery for 9 a.m., 3 p.m. and 9 p.m.
